The overview of Laboratory
At Watanabe Laboratory,we are pursuing research in 2 major areas: research in the field of natural science based on functional materials and reserach related to technology management.

  1. Research related to surface functional material

    In addition to our research on thin film materials with outstanding surface functions,including super hydrophilicity,super hydrophobicity and super water-sheeting ability,our research in this area also encompasses new photocatalystic materials and more.

    We undertake research as a Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology and implement education as a department of Advanced Interdiscliplinary Studies(AIS),graduate school of engineering(doctoral course).


  2. Research related to technology management and intellectual property

    We are currently pursuing research related to the implementation of technology and intellectual property management.

    We undertake research and implement education as a department of Technology Managemnt for Innovation,guraduate school of engineering(master/doctor).
